You bought a ticket and now have problems joining the event?

We are a small team, and cancellations of paid tickets are hard on us – but we know they’re hard on you, too. So we’ve established fair, simple, and clear rules to make refunds easy. We can refund via Apple · Pay, Zelle, or ACH.

How refunds work – at a glance:

⏰ Up to 1 week before We can refund in full (w/o fees). Or, choose to save the value as a Ticket Credit for a future event. More info about Saved Tickets 📅 Up to the Day before No refunds – but on request, we convert your ticket into a Saved Ticket. See details about Saved Tickets here. 🚫 Event day Cancellations are not possible and count as a no-show. We cannot refund or convert to a Saved Ticket. Health first (STI/STD): If your result shows you have an STI/STD, or you are worried about infecting others – We might refund the full ticket value (w/o fees), or convert it into a Saved Ticket. Talk to us, all Information shared will be discreetly handled. 💎 Golden & Diamond Mares Tickets CAREFUL: These tickets are only refundable up to two weeks before the event’s first date. They skip the lottery and occupy a full spot that is usually not easily recoverable. Why these rules? Your spot is hard to replace last minute. While we don’t guarantee playtime, we work hard to keep a successful guest ratio. A no-show affects more than just money – it impacts the whole balance of the event. Thanks for understanding. No resales – no black market.
Tickets are personalized, and resale is not allowed. At the venue, we will check that the ticket name matches a valid ID and is in our System. If there is no match, we cannot let the guest in. If you need a name change, please contact us before the event day. Need to reach us? The fastest way is via Telegram: t.me/pigload – or write us an email. Please include the name on the ticket and the related email so we can find your ticket quickly. Extraordinary circumstances (force majeure) If an event is postponed, relocated, curtailed, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond HorseMarket’s control – e.g., pandemics or public-health orders, venue shutdowns or permit issues, natural disasters, strikes, utility outages, government actions, or other force-majeure events – there is no automatic right to a refund. Purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date or, at our discretion, converted into a Ticket Credit or Saved Ticket. Travel, lodging, and any other ancillary costs are not reimbursable.
