Ticket & Event FAQ

Tickets, timing, entry, cancellations, saved tickets, earned tickets, and what to expect before you arrive.

Plan ahead Know your ticket Show up on time

We call these Tickets "Saved Tickets", "BIS Ticket" or "Earned Tickets" when it is a StableHand Voucher, and it is easy to turn them into real live Tickets: when tickets for an event go on sale:

  1. Fill out the registration/waiver for that particular event.
  2. Mail or DM us with the email that was used for the saved Ticket, or reply to the saved ticket email (you must get the ticket role that your original credit was for).
  3. Make sure that you send this information very close to the start of the sales, since there are only a limited number of tickets reserved.

Please read the Tickets page for info on tickets.

Yes and No: We don't save any tickets to sell at the door, but we do have no-shows for Mares and Stallions. We also have people who cancel at the last minute. In that case, if we want to replace those tickets, we may sell them at the door (via Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, or PayPal).

This is ONLY if there is room. This is not guaranteed. If you do want to try, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the waiver form on the ticket page for the event you want to attend before you arrive. If you are a Mare/Bottom, you need to be in the lottery at least 24 hours before the event.
  2. As a Stallion/Top, you also need to be registered. If you have pre-signed the waiver, we can let you in — and yes, we do check! You do not need to bring a copy to the door; we will verify it via your email.
  3. First there, first in! Show up as early as the regular check-in time. Let the Role Guard (our volunteer at the door) know you're there so he can note your place in line. Then, return to the end of the line. Be back 10–15 minutes before doors close for your role. If we have space, we will sell you a ticket. (See arrival times for Mares and Stallions in the event listing, or request the address/times a day before the event via email Mail@HorseMarketSf.com or t.me/pigload.)

Also: If you go to the front early, we will send you to the back. Please don’t!
  4. Once you’ve completed the above, and if we have an opening, we’ll sell you a ticket.

Because of the nature of the event, you have to show up on time. If you cannot make it due to traffic, work, etc., try to arrive as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that you will be let in after the posted door time.

You can try sending us an email if you know you’ll be late, but we may not be able to read emails during or right before the event. If we do see it in time, we’ll notify the check-in desk about your late arrival.

And a side note: on the day of the event, there are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations.

🎟 Part A — Sign-Up

For our staggered sign-up, we start by selling Stallion tickets first. At a later announced date, registration for the Mare Draw opens.

If you want to take advantage of the xChange option, you need to buy a Stallion ticket while Stallion tickets are open.

Once Mare Draw registration opens, you also need to sign up for a Mare ticket opportunity through the Mare Draw.

🔁 Part B — xChanging

Ticket purchase data and Mare Draw registration data are stored separately. That means we do not automatically know who bought a ticket in which role.

If you are selected in the Mare Draw, you will receive a selection email. You need to reply and let us know that you have already purchased a Stallion ticket.

Normally, the tickets are of equal value. If they are not — for example, if a sponsor contributes toward part of the Stallion ticket price during an Early Pig window — you would simply need to pay the difference, and we can switch you to a Mare ticket.

⚠️ On-Site xChange Is Rare

If you are not selected in the Mare Draw, you may also ask at the venue on the day of the event about switching roles.

Approach the entrance for your ticket — in this case, the Stallion entrance — and tell the StableHands that you would like to switch roles if possible.

You then need to return to the end of the line. Do not allow yourself to be checked in. After check-in, we cannot xChange your ticket.

If — and that is always a big IF — enough Stallions show up and there are enough no-shows on the Mare side, we might be able to switch you over.

Also keep in mind that the decision about who can xChange at the event is based on a lot of moving factors. If we allow more Mares from the door line to replace no-shows, that does not automatically mean we can also let someone xChange at the door, because switching a Stallion ticket holder over to Mare changes the balance.

To state it clearly: the xChange guarantee only gives you the option to switch if you are selected in the Mare Draw. It does not give you a better chance at the door.

To be honest, on-site xChange is rare. It has happened, but it is infrequent.

Important Balance Note

The xChange option does not guarantee that you will be the first person to replace a Mare no-show.

For balance reasons, we may allow Mares from the door line to replace no-shows before allowing a Stallion ticket holder to switch roles.

Fresh Meat has nothing to do with age!

Fresh Meat Market means that only Mares who have never participated as a Mare in a HorseMarket event before will be eligible for the lottery.

Does this mean you will never see a hole you have seen before?

We honor special Tickets like Golden Tickets or Saved Tickets if we need to fill up spaces that are at risk of no-show (like last-minute cancelations). But we keep those to a minimum so our Stallions know there will be a lot of Mares that have never seen the inside of a Stable!

The best role for versatile people is the volunteer position we call StableHand. They get to take breaks (when it permits), and they can be a Mare, a Stallion, or take multiple breaks to do both roles!

Pretty cool, ha? Do you want to apply?
The moment tickets go on sale, the application form opens up for that particular Market as well.

Yes! We will have condoms and Lube from our sponsor PigLoad Lube.

HorseMarket is proud to be a sober-friendly — no drug – no alcohol — event.

There will not be alcohol unless it is held at a venue that sells alcohol, which we will let everybody know beforehand.

HorseMarket welcomes every self-identifying man who is of legal age in the state where the event is held.

We also respect the rules and choices of the venue. When purchasing tickets, they will clearly state whether the event is 18+ or 21+. If you have any questions, feel free to
email us for clarification.

Our dedicated HorseMarket volunteers are called StableHands.

When tickets go on sale for each HorseMarket event, there is a separate link to fill out a short application to become a StableHand. During your shifts, you help with every part of the event — setup, walking the Stable, and takedown. We are looking for volunteers who are willing and able to work the full event.

It sounds like a lot of work — and it is!
But you can ask any of our over 3,000 volunteers (and counting) who have already participated: the time in the Stable flies by and is a lot of fun (though yes, it’s also a lot of work!). I deeply appreciate the effort my team puts in, and when the work is successfully completed, you will receive:

  • A free ticket credit to a future HorseMarket event of your choice
  • And some exclusive items that you can only get through volunteering

StableHands are led by the StableWrangler.

When evaluating applications, he considers all skills and mixes veteran StableHands with newcomers. The StableHands will then be trained both online and even more extensively onsite.

Yes, you can play before, during, and after your shift. During the Live Orientation, the StableWrangler will explain how to manage your time between volunteering and playing. There are strict rules to follow — keep in mind your work, and you will get a free ticket for a future event when you do good work.

Please note: Some people have misunderstood that the free ticket earned through volunteering allows them to attend the event they are working at. However, the free ticket is for a future event and is not for the event you are currently volunteering at 🙂

Additionally, if it's a multi-day event (e.g., 2 or 3 days), the free ticket cannot be used for another day within that same set of events.

Spots for earned tickets per event are limited, so if you plan to use your earned ticket, email the
StableWrangler
as early as possible to secure your spot.

Depending on the time of year and the city, the venue can either get quite hot with everyone active or be slightly chilly. Ideally, wear as little as possible for ease of access. I always provide a free coat check at all my events. Leather harnesses, jockstraps, or being naked are strongly encouraged. However, shoes or boots are a must — no bare feet allowed.

Maximum Impact Not Allowed

🚫 Maximum Impact Is Not Allowed

Sorry, the rule is clear and straightforward: you cannot bring Maximum Impact to the event.

For HorseMarket purposes, we consider Maximum Impact a hard and extremely dangerous drug. HorseMarket is a drug-free event.

Bringing, sharing, or using it may result in you being refused entry, asked to leave the event, or not allowed to attend future HorseMarket events.

PoppersPoppers are allowed only as long as they are legal in the city and state where that Stable is open.

Health & Risk InformationFor more information on the risks associated with recreational inhalants, please read this informative article.

HorseMarket does not allow phones on the floor (except for the StableWrangler and our Medics).

The pictures taken during check-in are only for the
Best in Show Contest (BIS).
You do not have to get your photo taken, but it would be nice for the Stallions (who vote for the BIS Mare) or StableHands (who vote for the BIS Stallions).
No faces will be visible, and if you have distinctive tattoos, we can take a picture without them visible.

If you get a picture taken and win the Best in Show Award, you will receive:

  • A free ticket to a future event
  • A free special T-shirt that identifies you as BIS Winner
  • A $25 GiftCard from PigLoad
  • And the winning Mare receives a huge dildo from SquarePeg Toys!

We only use the pictures of the Best in Show winners and promote them on our website — all other pictures will not be used or published.

We do have some resources you can look into. I spoke with a trans man, and he suggested adding some resources for cis men to read up on to make the experience better for both you and the trans man.

🚪 You Can Leave AnytimeYes. You can leave at any time.

You are never locked into the Stable, and you do not have to wait until the event is over.

If You Are A MareIf you are a Mare and you are ready to leave, simply raise your arm and signal a StableHand.

We will come to you, help you out of the Stable, and make sure you can leave safely.

If You Are A StallionIf you are a Stallion, you can go to Coat Check at any time, get your things, check out, and leave.

But before you call it a night, take a breath and look around for a moment. Sometimes the Stable needs a little time to shift, warm up, and surprise you.

Maybe stay, watch for a bit, and see if there is a Mare you have not tried yet — or a moment you almost missed.

No pressure. If you are done, you are done. But don’t run out too fast if the Stable still has a little trouble left for you.

No Drama. No Shame. You do not need to explain yourself. If you are done, you are done.

A good Stable only works when everyone knows they can stop, pause, or leave whenever they need to.

A short video says more than words – here’s how to subscribe to our newsletter:

Thanks for asking, here are the Ticket types and what they mean:

Stallion

Our Tops are having fun with all the Mares. Stallions have to follow all instructions from the StableWrangler & his Team.

Mares

You are there for the Pleasure of the Stallions and the StableHands on break. The Mare Ticket is our Bottom ticket, and you will apply for a lottery to get a Ticket (more about the lottery and how ticket sales work here).

Golden Ticket

It is complicated for foreign Guests to join the Stable from outside of the USA, or there might be other reasons that joining the lottery for Mare Tickets doesn't work. If you apply for this ticket and it is granted, you will skip the lottery. The amount of Golden Tickets is very small, and if they are not claimed, we randomly throw them into the ticket system, and a lucky Mare might be able to snatch them. I also recently learned that it is hard for guys who are active in the military to get free time approved. So if you are not stationed in the same town as we are having the HorseMarket, you are eligible as well for a Golden Ticket.

But be aware that this Ticket is way more expensive than a regular ticket!

Part of the rule for a Golden Ticket includes that you can only get a Golden Ticket twice a year (every six months).

Diamond Ticket

If we have TWO events, one after the other on the same day or the same weekend, we will offer very rare Diamond Tickets. This Ticket gives access to both events. For the Stallions, those Tickets are mostly available all the time until sold out. For Mares, we will throw in very limited and random at the ticket site. But be aware that this Ticket is way more expensive and limited than a regular ticket for Mares.

Platinum Tickets

Special Tickets, and we will announce their function when available. Most events will not have a Platinum option.

Saved Ticket

If, for any reason, an Event gets postponed, cancelled, or you are not able to make it to an event and have notified us beforehand, and we agree that you can keep your ticket for another event in the future, this is what we call a Saved Ticket. If you have one and an Event you want to join and use your Saved Ticket, send us a DM or email when the ticket sales start, and we will put you on the floor. The spaces for Saved Tickets are very limited, so please make sure you send us your request as soon as possible.

Earned Ticket

If you have been a full part Volunteer (we call it StableHand), you earned a free Ticket that you can use as a Stallion or a Mare in a future event of your choice. If you have one and an Event you want to join and use your Earned Ticket, send us a DM or email when the ticket sales start, and we will put you on the floor. The spaces for Earned Tickets are very limited, so please make sure you send us your request as soon as possible. The Earned Ticket never expires!

Important side note

Tickets are personalized, and resale is not allowed. This is also true for Saved and Earned Tickets – all our Tickets are not transferable.

At the venue, we will check if the ticket is in the correct name; if there is no match, we will not let the guest in. If you need to change a name on the ticket, please contact us before the day of the event for which you have the ticket.

Any more questions about Tickets?

No problem, send them our way! We will try to answer as fast as possible. The best way to reach us is a DM via Telegram or email. Please include the name used on the ticket and the related email so that we can find your ticket the fastest if you have already bought a ticket.

HorseMarket Unbridled
is an HMSF sex party.

The main part of the event is very similar to a regular fun house event: buy a ticket, come in, cruise, and get down — no roles, no choosing upfront.

It takes place in the same space as HorseMarket and features one large open area with plenty of the famous “fuck furniture.” This event tends to be action-heavy and a lot of fun.

What truly sets it apart from other events is the Mini HorseMarket inside the Mini-Stable Area.

Here, you can experience being a Mare or a Stallion for a limited time.
(Time in the Mini Stable for Mares is restricted to ensure that everyone who wants the experience gets a turn.)

If you’re entering as a Mare, please bring an HM hood if you already own one.

You can also borrow one at the event for free, a refundable $50 deposit (CASH ONLY) is needed — there is an ATM inside.
Both are limited in availability. If the Hoods are sold out during Ticket sales, we will still have some to borrow at the venue.

No outside hoods are allowed for security reasons. You may bring a blindfold for the general play area, but it will not be sufficient for the Mini HorseMarket.

To handle this any other way than cash would be a logistical nightmare — so we don’t.

Hoods are also available for purchase when buying your ticket online. If purchased in advance, they are yours to keep and are not returnable. They are typically cheaper when bundled with your ticket.

This Mini Stable area is clearly separated from the main play space, and all HorseMarket rules apply inside.

HorseMarket Unbridled meets Fornication
is a extra special edition of the event and is not always a part of the standard HorseMarket Unbridled experience!

At these events, The StableWrangler and PigLoad Studio bring in models (talents/porn performers) to shoot a short adult film on-site.

Before filming begins, guests will have a “meet & grab” opportunity with the talents and can take photos.

Once filming starts, guests may watch from a distance — interaction is not allowed during production.

After the shoot, the talents have bought their own ticket and will return to the general event space and mingle with attendees. They are not performing or on display — they are there to enjoy the event like everyone else.

Consent is sexy — and no phones are allowed beyond this point.

The idea behind this collaboration came from bringing the Fornication concept into the HorseMarket environment. Both share the same core values:

drug-free, body-positive, and inclusive of all ages (as long as legal), races, body types, and backgrounds.

A key principle behind these events is that talents are to be respected as human beings — not treated as objects.

These events are designed to be a powerhouse experience — and tend to sell quickly.

Mare / Bottom FAQ

Lottery, hoods, timing, safety, and how to leave the Stable when you need to.

Lottery-based Safety first No shame

EveryBODY is DifferentHere are answers from Mares. Different bodies need different routines, so take these as real guest experiences — not as one perfect rule for everyone.

Mare Experience: Heavy Play Days“On heavy play days like an HM: eat light the evening before/day of, and lots of fiber for days before. The day of, a couple of hours before, a deep clean out using my shower-shot enema setup [in my experience, bulbs are only good for a quick clean out followed by immediate short-term play]. Deep cleaning takes some time, and I use a toy to ensure everything is good to go. Chill for an hour and revisit the shower before I leave — just to make sure everything has settled out [including clean-out water]. Good to go and deep play for hours.”

Mare Experience: Trial & Error“In truth, it’s trial and error with your gut. Metamucil is key for me, and I usually fast for 8–10 hours before a big event. Then, a couple of hours before, I will have a meal, nothing too heavy, a sandwich or such. That does two things: when you eat, it stimulates your colon, so that meal can help with your final cleanout. And also, never go into a long sex event starving. You will be weak and won’t perform well. With the 8–10 hrs fast, for me, that usually guarantees that my last meal comes out, so I know I have a long window of pristine playground.”

🎟 How the Mare Draw Works

To attend as a Mare, you must join the free Mare Draw — we select entries at random from the pool.

Some guests still call it the Mare Lottery, because that is what we called it for years. But what it means is simple: a free random access draw for Mare ticket opportunities.

There’s no pre-selection, no application vetting, and no paid advantage — just chance.

The Mare Draw is free to enter. It does not sell a ticket, guarantee access, or increase anyone’s odds through payment.

We introduced the draw after noticing that, for our first 20+ events, the same Mares kept getting in. Not because of favoritism — they were simply faster, more tech-savvy, or luckier online.

To level the field, we shifted to a true random draw, giving everyone a fair shot.

🍑 Fresh Meat Market = Truly only First-Timers in the Mare Draw

The Fresh Meat Market draw is only open to Mares who have never attended a HorseMarket before*.

This gives those newbies way better chances to join.

Keep in mind it’s not about age — we are absolutely a drug- and judgment-free event. EVERY BODY is welcome.

Stallions are always welcome, whether it’s their first or fiftieth time, as long as we are not sold out.

* Fresh Meat Market is intended for first-time Mares who have never attended a HorseMarket before. Exceptions may apply for Golden Tickets or Saved Tickets.

🤝 Balancing the Barn

The following number is purely hypothetical, just to illustrate the point — we wish we could do that one day... but let’s be honest: the Stallions are just too lazy and would never show up in those numbers.

We don’t just decide: “Let’s sell 100 Mare tickets.”

Why not? Because that would overpromise and underdeliver — not every Mare will have the same experience if the Stallions are too few.

And while we can’t and don’t promise any specific outcome, we do everything we can to create the right conditions.

How Mare Spots Open

  • We start with Stallion ticket sales to gauge real commitment.
  • As more Stallions join, we unlock additional Mare spots.
  • Mare ticket opportunities are then selected by random draw from the entry pool.

This helps us maintain a balanced stable and ensure that the ratio gives everyone a fair shot to engage — but what happens inside remains entirely up to each participant.

🎟 No-Show Replacement Tickets

And that is correct: at almost every event, we have one or more no-shows.

Keep in mind that sometimes it balances out, because Stallions also don’t show up.

But if the ratio is off, or if we have extra space to fill on the Mare side, we may need to replace no-shows.

⏱ Mare Draw Timing Rule

You need to have been in the Mare Draw for more than 24 hours to qualify for a no-show replacement ticket.

We will check your registration time when we sell you your ticket. If you haven’t been in the Mare Draw long enough at that point, we will move on to the next person in line.

📍 What To Do At The Venue

  • Check in as early as possible — it is always first come, first served. Check the website or ask about the check-in timeframe for your event.
  • Let the Role Guard — our volunteer at the entrance or outside — know that you are there for a no-show replacement ticket, if available.
  • The Role Guard may take your phone number so you can wait elsewhere for a callback, or you can stay at the end of the line.
  • You must let everyone with a ticket go in before you.
  • Only after the check-in window ends can we evaluate whether replacements are needed, based on who checked in from the Stallion and Mare sides.
  • We contact people on a first-in, first-out basis — by text or in person.
Venue Address

If the venue address is not published online for security reasons, feel free to email us one day before the event to request it:
Mail@HorseMarketSf.com

⚠️ No Guarantee

As always, there is no guarantee that you will get in — you have to decide for yourself if it is worth the time.

🤍 White Hood = Condom Required

If you are wearing a white hood, Stallions are required to use a condom with you.

That responsibility is shared between you and the StableHands. We will be keeping an eye on the Stable, but we have many Mares to look after and cannot always be right there at the exact moment a Stallion mounts.

✋ Your Part In This

We instruct all Stallions to touch a Mare first to signal that they are about to mount — not just walk up and shove it in.

During that moment, you need to reach back and feel for a condom. If you do not feel one, stop the mount and get a StableHand’s attention.

We will have plenty of condoms available throughout the venue.

⚠️ Enforcement

If a Stallion ignores, bypasses, or violates the white-hood condom rule, StableHands will step in as soon as they become aware of it.

Depending on the circumstances, this may result in removal from the event and/or a ban from future HorseMarket events — at the discretion of the StableHands and, finally, the StableWrangler.

🥾 Shoes RequiredShoes or boots are required. No bare feet allowed.

🧥 What Should I Wear?Depending on the time of year and the city, the venue can either get quite hot once everyone is active, or it can be slightly chilly at the beginning.

Ideally, wear as little as possible for ease of access.

RecommendedLeather harnesses, jockstraps, or being naked are strongly encouraged.

We provide a free coat check at HorseMarket events, so you do not need to carry extra layers with you inside the Stable.

🥾 We mean it: Shoes RequiredReminder: serious - shoes or boots are required. No bare feet allowed.

The HorseMarket hood has to go on first. After that, you may wear your gear hood or pup hood over it.

🔥 Watch The Heat

Keep in mind that it can get very hot under two hoods. Make sure you have enough air circulation — or take your own hood off if needed.

Our StableHands can help you with that. Raise your arm, and we will come to you.

💦 Can They Play With Themselves?

Yes, they can.

Mares may play with themselves and/or cum if they like.

And, of course, if you came with a Master/Sir/Dad/Handler/Owner, behave like a good Mare and make sure they allows it. 😈

🏳️‍⚧️ Trans Men / FTM Mares Are Welcome

Very much so. Please come.

If you are a trans man and are interested in attending as a Mare, you do not have to disclose that you are FTM or trans.

Your privacy is respected. You are welcome in the Stable.

🐴 Contact StableWrangler

If you have any questions before the event, please feel free to .

I also recommend approaching me — the StableWrangler — at the event after you are checked in and processed, meaning after your number is written and your picture is taken.

That way, we can help make sure you get the most out of the event and that your boundaries, if any, are respected.

🌈 Every Body Is WelcomeAll shapes, sizes, skin colors, heritage, races, and ages are welcome at StableWrangler events.

And yes, we mean that. Every Stable is different, every city has its own flavor, and every night brings a different mix of Stallions and Mares.

That also means we cannot promise who will get how much action, who will get attention from whom, or how the energy of that particular night will unfold.

We do not direct Stallions on who to play with. We do not assign attraction, attention, or play. The Stable has its own pulse — and that is part of what makes it real.

Just to give you a feeling for the range: so far, the youngest member of the Stable has been 18*, and the oldest has been 82. And honestly? We are proud as hell of that.

* Most StableWrangler events are not in a bar. That allows us to welcome guests 18+ — the event page will always tell you the age requirement for that specific night.

Give The Event A MomentPlease give the Stable a few minutes to warm up.

Stallions need time to arrive, get checked in, get undressed, and make their way onto the floor. The night usually does not explode in the first sixty seconds — it builds.

How The Stable Changes The DynamicSince Mares are blindfolded, Stallions are not locked into their usual “corner” the same way they might be in a bar or club. Some explore more freely. Some surprise themselves. Some surprise you.

That can create beautiful, filthy, unexpected moments — but there is still no guarantee how much fun, attention, or play any one person will have.

🚪 Mares Can Leave Anytime

Yes. As a Mare, you can leave at any time.

You are never locked into the Stable, and you do not have to wait until the event is over.

How To Signal Us

If you are ready to leave, need a break, or simply need help, raise your arm and signal a StableHand.

We will come to you, help you out of the Stable, and make sure you can leave safely.

Take A Break Before You Decide

Also, little reminder: the Stable can get hot, and you can get exhausted faster than you think.

Make sure you drink something. Take a breath. Cool down for a moment. You can take as many breaks as you need.

Nobody is judging you, nobody is keeping score, and taking a break does not mean you are done. You can always go back into the Stable when you are ready.

So don’t feel like you have to run out the second you feel overwhelmed or tired. Give yourself a little time first.

The Stable changes. New Stallions arrive, the energy shifts, and sometimes the moment you almost missed is the one that makes the night.

No Drama. No Shame.

If you are done, you are done. You do not need to explain yourself.

A good Stable only works when every Mare knows they can stop, pause, take a break, or leave whenever they need to.

🛑 Yes, Mares Can Take Breaks

Yes. As a Mare, you can always signal that you need a break.

Just raise your arm and get the attention of a StableHand. We will come to you and help you out of the Stable.

The Break Area

We have a break area set up for Mares. It is out of view of the Stallions, so you can breathe, drink something, cool down, and take a moment without feeling watched.

You can take as many breaks as you need. Nobody is judging you, and nobody is keeping score.

You Can Go Back In

Taking a break does not mean you are done.

When you are ready, you can return to the Stable and continue. Sometimes a short pause is exactly what you need before the night gets good again.

🔁 Can A Mare Be Moved To Another Spot?

You sure can.

If you are a Mare and you want to be moved, repositioned, or placed somewhere else, simply signal a StableHand.

We will check what is available and see if we can move you to a different spot.

Sometimes A New Position Helps

Depending on the layout of that night’s Stable, a new position can change the whole energy.

Sometimes it may be a different piece of furniture. Sometimes it may even be the same furniture, just used differently or placed in a better flow.

Since every Stable is built a little differently, a small move can sometimes make a big difference.

Why StableHands May Ask You To Move

Our StableHands may also ask if you are open to moving to another spot.

  • We share the furniture. If we only have a limited number of slings, benches, or other stations, we want to make sure more Mares get a chance to spend time there.
  • Sometimes we notice an open spot, a better flow, or a position that we think might work well for you.
Trust The Stable Flow

If a StableHand offers you a different spot, consider it.

You do not have to say yes to every move, but our StableHands are watching the room, the furniture, the flow, and the energy.

Sometimes the spot you did not expect is exactly where the night gets interesting.

🔥 Can More Than One Stallion Play With A Mare?

Oh yes. A Stallion can take turns with another Stallion, help create a spit roast, or — with clear consent — engage in DP with a Mare.

That can be hot as hell — but it still needs communication, awareness, and consent.

Mouth / Spit Roast

If a Stallion wants you to suck cock while another Stallion is playing with you, he should communicate that first.

Not every Mare wants mouth play, and that is completely fine.

⚠️ DP Needs Clear Consent

If Stallions want to engage in DP, they need to ask for your consent first.

And honestly, it would not work without your support anyway, lol.

🚫 Not Allowed

The only things not allowed are WS — watersports — and fisting.

Raise Your Arm

If you are ever not feeling comfortable, safe, or in control of the situation, raise your arm.

A StableHand will come to you and help.

What Do The Hood Colors Mean?
Mares wear a HorseMarket-created cloth hood that covers their hair and eyes while they are playing in the Stable.

The hood is part of the HorseMarket experience: it creates anonymity, helps Mares drop into the moment, and makes the Stable feel different from a regular play party.

White Hood = Safer Sex A white hood means that Stallions must use a condom to mount you.

If you are wearing a white hood and a Stallion wants to mount you, condom use is not optional.

Red Hood = Everything GoesA red hood means: everything goes.

In this context, “everything goes” means Stallions may choose to mount you with or without a condom.

Most red-hooded Mares are usually mounted bareback, but it is still each Stallion’s choice whether he wants to use a condom.

In other words: a red hood means condoms are not required by the Mare — but a Stallion may still choose to wear one.

And just to be very clear: everything goes does not remove consent, safety, or Stable rules.

Which Hood Should You Choose? That is entirely up to each Mare.

Your hood color is based on your personal preference, comfort level, and health choices. Choose the color that feels right for you.

You Can Change Your HoodA Mare can change hood color during the event if desired.

Simply notify a StableHand, and we will assist you.

⚠️ Not For Brand-New Bottoms

We highly encourage you not to attend HorseMarket as a Mare if you are brand-new to bottoming with men.

This is not the place to “try bottoming for the first time.”

🔥 HorseMarket Is Intense

HorseMarket is not a regular gangbang, but it is still a highly intense event.

We cannot predict what kind of bodies, dicks, sizes, stamina, or fucking styles our Stallions will bring into the Stable.

As a Mare, you are allowed to reject a dick that is clearly too big for you, or a dick with a PA / Prince Albert piercing.

But outside of that, HorseMarket is not built around picking and choosing every Stallion, every style, or every moment. You should expect a wide variety of sizes, rhythms, bodies, and fucking styles.

That can be challenging even for experienced Mares. For a complete newbie, it can be too much.

The Mind Game Is Real

HorseMarket is also a big mind game.

Once the blindfold is on, you are no longer controlling every single moment the way you might in a private hotel scene or a regular cumdump setup.

You are still always allowed to stop, pause, take a break, reject a dick that is clearly too big, reject a PA / Prince Albert piercing, or raise your arm for a StableHand — but the whole point of the Stable is that you are stepping into a different kind of experience.

That is not something we recommend if you are still a “virgin” to gay bottoming.

A Better First Ride: HorseMarket Unbridled

If HorseMarket turns you on but you are not sure whether you are ready for the full Mare experience yet, a better first step may be one of our HorseMarket Unbridled events.

At HorseMarket Unbridled, the Stable experience is usually more limited in time, but you still get a real taste of the setup, the energy, the blindfolded play, and how your body and head react to that kind of ride.

It is a good way to find out whether the full HorseMarket Stable is really something you want — before jumping straight into the deep end.

Another Option: Volunteer As A StableHand

Another good first step is to volunteer as a StableHand.

You get to see how the Stable works, how the flow feels, how Mares are supported, and how intense the room can become — without jumping straight into the middle of it.

There is nothing wrong with easing into it. Sometimes seeing the Stable breathe first makes your first real ride much better.

Read Before You Ride

If you are thinking about coming as a Mare, please also read our preparation FAQ before jumping into the Stable.

It includes our clean-out guidance and points you toward the Mare Guide as the final preparation resource, so we are not sending you through the same information twice.

🚫 Please Wait Until You Are Ready

This experience should be fun for all sides of the Stable.

Please do not attempt it until you have a realistic sense of the many different kinds of dicks, bodies, rhythms, and fucking styles out there — and until you have the mindset to truly enjoy that kind of ride.

HorseMarket can be beautiful, filthy, overwhelming, and unforgettable. But it should not be your first lesson in bottoming.

Remember Your Signal

If you ever feel uncomfortable, unsafe, overwhelmed, or simply need help: raise your arm.

A StableHand will come to you.

Stallion / Top FAQ

Arrival, role expectations, respect, condoms, and keeping the Stable alive.

Show up ready Respect the Mares Consent always

And that is correct!

At every event, we have one or more no-shows.

Keep in mind: sometimes it balances out, since Mares also don’t show up.

But if the ratio is off, or if we have extra space to fill on the Stallion side, we may need to replace no-shows.

You need to be Registered to qualify — we will check when we sell you your ticket.

  • Check in as early as possible — it’s always first come, first served. Check the website or ask about the check-in timeframe for your event.
  • Let the Role Guard (our volunteer at the entrance or outside) know that you're there for a no-show replacement ticket (if available). He may take your phone number so you can wait elsewhere for a callback, or you can stay at the end of the line — but you must let everyone with a ticket go in before you.
  • Only after the check-in window ends can we evaluate whether replacements are needed — based on who checked in from the Stallion and Mare sides. We’ll contact people on a first-in, first-out basis — by text or in person.

If the venue address isn’t published online for security reasons, feel free to email us a day before the event to request it:
Mail@HorseMarketSf.com

As always, there is no guarantee that you will get in — you have to decide for yourself if it’s worth the time.

Very much so! Please come. If you are a trans man and are interested in attending as a Mare, you do not have to reveal yourself as an FTM.

But email me if you have any questions. Also, I recommend approaching me (the StableWrangler) at the event after you are checked in and processed (number written, picture taken) to make sure you get the most out of it and that your boundaries (if any) are respected.

🚪 Stallions Can Leave Anytime

Yes. As a Stallion, you can leave at any time.

You can go to Coat Check, get your things, check out, and head out whenever you are ready. You do not have to stay until the event is over.

Before You Call It A Night

That said — before you leave, take a breath and look around for a moment.

Sometimes the Stable needs a little time to shift, and surprise you. The energy can change. A Mare you did not notice earlier may suddenly be exactly the one you want to try. Ask yourself is there more in me -- just a little bit left? Did I put out all my loads 😈

Maybe stay a little longer, watch for a bit, and see if there is someone you have not tried yet — or a moment you almost missed.

No Pressure

If you are done, you are done. No drama, no shame.

But don’t run out too fast if the Stable still has a little trouble left for you.

Oh yes! A Stallion can take turns, engage in DP (double penetration), or spit-roast a Mare. We ask you to communicate clearly with the Mare you're interested in. Also, please ask if you want your cock sucked before attempting anything — some may not want to.

The only things not allowed are WS (watersports) and fisting.

Mares wear a specific HorseMarket-created cloth hood that covers their hair and eyes while playing at the HorseMarket. A white hood means that Stallions MUST use a condom to mount a Mare, while a red hood means "everything goes*" and you can choose to mount the Mare with or without a condom. Most red-hooded Mares are usually mounted bareback, but it is still each Stallion’s choice whether to wear a condom at their discretion (not the Mare’s!).

Which hood to choose? That’s entirely up to each Mare and is based on personal preference and health choices. However, a Mare CAN change their hood color during the party if desired.

StableHand / Volunteer FAQ

Shifts, earned tickets, check-in help, breaks, and what it means to work the Stable.

Help the flow Earn your ride Keep it safe

  • A free ticket credit to a future StableWrangler event of your choice
  • And some exclusive items that you can only get through volunteering

StableHands are led by the StableWrangler.

When evaluating applications, he considers all skills and mixes veteran StableHands with newcomers. The StableHands will then be trained both online and even more extensively onsite.

During the HorseMarket itself, StableHands are strictly forbidden to play while on duty. Anyone caught violating this rule is subject to expulsion from the party and the loss of their free ticket credit.

However, it is possible, and the StableWrangler strongly encourages his team to play during breaks. Details are provided during the onsite StableHand orientation. Simply speak with the StableWrangler to make personal arrangements.

After a completed Stable, a StableHand receives a free virtual ticket credit for a future StableWrangler event (valid for all events by the StableWrangler. Only Blackout Events are the first Events in a new City (we call it New Ride), our Club Editions, and HorseMarket at Sea.

(This credit is linked to the email you signed up with — no physical ticket will be sent.)

We call these tickets "Earned Tickets".

It is easy to turn them into real, live tickets. When tickets for an event go on sale:

  • First Step: Fill out the registration/waiver for that particular event in the Role you want to join.
DO NOT BUY A TICKET; it is not possible to refund a bought Ticket (there are fees involved that are non-refundable).
  • Second Step: Mail or DM the StableWrangler using the email associated with the StableHand application that you want to join, and let me know that you are already registered. You will get a link to get your ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. Meaning, make sure to send this information as close to the start of ticket sales as possible, as only a limited number of tickets are reserved. Asking before the registration is open will not bring you in earlier on the list, since I will not hold a list for all the events to come :).

StableHands can choose to be a Stallion or a Mare during breaks.

Whether before or after your shift — or even between them — you can switch roles freely. You might take one break as a Stallion, return to work, and then take another break as a Mare. The role of a StableHand is the only one that lets you explore both sides of the Stable!

One of the perks of volunteering is seeing all the Stallions and Mares before the party.

This can help you decide which role to choose for your break — or inspire you to try both! You can take as many breaks as the Stable operation allows.
