E-113 SFO Bearrison Bear Market StableHand Application

Event Date City

Welcome to the StableHand Application:

I call my volunteers StableHands, and I’m very happy that you want to offer your time to help me make this event better than ever.

I have to ask you a few questions, so please answer them to the best of your ability.

After you submit this application, I will personally review it as the StableWrangler.

It may take me a little while to get back to you because I want to give everyone a chance to volunteer. Please don’t worry if you don’t hear from me within the next few days—I’ll respond as quickly as I can.

If you want to make sure you don’t miss the event, feel free to purchase a ticket. If I don’t end up needing your help, you can still attend and participate.

After I send you an invitation to join the WorkRoom in Telegram by email, I will mostly communicate through Telegram. Please download the app and provide me with your username and email address.

If I have trouble finding you, I will email you to confirm your Telegram name.

I will send the initial information by email. Once the group is selected, I will switch to Telegram. My email address is StableWrangler@gmail.com, so you may want to add it to your address book.

No matter which role you choose, there will be time for breaks during the event.

A quick note about 11:99 PM

And yes—I know there is no such time as 11:99 PM. It’s my playful way of saying that we finish when the Stable is clean and everything is safely packed up, even if that takes us past midnight. 😊

Did you had a stuffed animal that you loved as a kid? How did you treated it? *

Yes, I took good care of it
Yes, look what I did with it!

Just a little bit of Freud - I come back to this during orientation & training. Lol

!! YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION YET !!

Wow—thank you so much! The hardest part is done, but for some, the next step can feel just as challenging: "the waiting game."

I’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible, but we need to collect more applications before I can finalize the teams.

So please bear with me, and thank you for your patience!

I’ll send you an email closer to the event. It might bring the good news that you’ve been selected—or not! 🙂 Either way, stay tuned. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to send me a DM via Telegram or write an email.

And please click submit to complete your application!

Excited for what's to come?
